The pillow case and sheets had stains. The carpet in the room under the table hasn’t been vacuumed in a long time. The lobby sells like pool chlorine

This hotel was horrendous, when me and my family arrived there (around dinnertime on a Sunday) we were greeted by some party going on in the lobby! It was so disrespectful to all of the hotel guests trying to enjoy their stay. When we alerted the hotel staff of this, they were rude and unwilling to help. In the morning my two young kids wanted to go to the pool (keep in mind they LOVE swimming) and as soon as they say the pool they said: 'we are not going in there.' The pool was gross, it was dimly lit, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. After that we went to go have breakfast and found out that we only got ONE thing per person, it didn't come with our stay, we had to pay extra for a $6 cinnamon bun each! Outrageous! We had alerted the hotel staff again and they went and talked behind our backs. Once we went upstairs to pack our stuff for checkout, the cleaners came in THREE times (with the do not disturb sign up!) after we politely explained we were checking out. Please don't make the mistake of going here just like my family did.
